Taking a good palm photo
- Use bright, even light. Avoid strong shadows across your palm.
- Spread your fingers slightly and keep your palm flat and facing the camera.
- Fit your hand inside the outline. When it turns green, hold still — the photo is taken automatically.
- If the app says it sees the back of your hand, turn your palm toward the camera.
Frequently asked
Why is my life line short?
Photos often miss the part of the life line near the wrist, so K-Sinbi does not read its length. Life line length does not predict lifespan in any case.
Why do my two hands read differently?
In palm reading your non-dominant hand shows what you were born with and your dominant hand shows who you have become. Different lines are normal.
I don't know my birth time.
Choose “I don't know”. Your reading still works; only the hour pillar is left out.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each reading is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested through them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through your Google Play order history. If something went wrong with a reading, email us too.
How do I restore purchases on a new phone?
Tap “Restore purchases” in the app while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
How do I delete my data?
We don't keep your photos or birth details on our servers. Deleting the app removes your saved readings from your device. See the Privacy Policy.
